Country of Origin: DK Curing Group: Flue Cured Contents: Virginia Perique Cut: Flake Packaging: 50g Pouch, 50g Tin, 100g Tin Blend Notes: Although the description on the back of the tin states that it is a blend of Virginia with a touch of Burely, Orlik has gone on the record as saying that this was a translation error. There is no burely in this blend, but rather perique. A Murray’s era tin of Dunhill Light Flake. Golden and Lemon Virginia tobaccos pressed into neat flakes. Exquisite production. This tin was purchased at Davidoff’s in New York in June of 2009. It was one of about 2 dozen they had left. I went back to get more and they were all gone! This tobacco is very similar to Rattray’s Brown Clunee. A little less sweet than the Brown Clunee.
